Download Prezi Next Free
The default download folder in Mac is “Downloads”. Open the Prezi Next file to start the installation, then drag and drop the Prezi Next icon into the “Applications” folder. After installing, open Prezi Next. Double-click on the Prezi Next icon, then log in with your email and password. Download & Install:
To get your copy visit the Prezi Classic for Windows/Mac homepage.
Click download to start.
Windows Users:
Once you have downloaded the program (by default it will go to your Downloads folder unless you decide otherwise), you'll need to run it by double-clicking on the .exe file.
You'll then see a window popup, this is the Windows installer. Follow the instructions to install Prezi Classic for Windows.
Mac Users:
Once the file has downloaded, open it and drag the icon to the applications folder as prompted. Then open your applications folder and click on 'Prezi Classic'.
Make yourself at home

The first screen that you see will be your prezi library.
On the home screen, you have a number of options that appear on the left-hand side.
You can chose to look at all the prezis you have online by selecting 'All synced prezis.' Any folders that you use to organize your prezis will also appear here.
Alternatively, you can chose to look at the prezis you have stored locally on your computer by selecting 'All local prezis'.
Creating a new prezi
Whether you choose to look at All synced prezis or All local prezis, you can create a new one by clicking the thumbnail in the top left corner of your library.
You can also create a new prezi within a folder. Simply select the folder you want, and then click the icon that appears.
Opening an existing prezi
Hover over the thumbnail of a prezi and click Edit to start working.
Note: Editing via the desktop application is only available to Pro and Edu Pro license holders.
More Options
Click the options button on the right to bring up various choices. What you see will depend on whether your prezi is stored online or locally.
Online prezi

Export to portable prezi to export your prezi as a portable prezi.
Export to prezi file (.pez) to export your prezi as a PEZ file.
Copy Prezi.com URL to get the URL of your prezi.
Make a copy to make a copy of your prezi.
Or, Delete, to delete the prezi from your computer and online (note this is only available for prezis you created).
Local prezi
Sync with Prezi.com to sync your prezi with your online account.
Export to portable prezi to export your prezi as a portable prezi.
Export pez to export your prezi as a PEZ file.
Make a copy to make a copy of your prezi.
Or, Delete, to delete the prezi from your computer and online (note this is only available for prezis you created.
Syncing with Prezi.com
Click 'All synced prezis' under 'Synced with Prezi.com' to see all of the prezis you have created on Prezi.com.
If you see that the thumbnail of a prezi is grey then that prezi is on Prezi.com but has not yet been downloaded to your computer. Hover over the thumbnail and click Download to sync the prezi to your computer.
Once a prezi is downloaded to Prezi Classic for Windows/Mac, it will automatically sync with Prezi.com. This means that the latest version of the prezi will appear both on your computer and on Prezi.com. A sync will occur every time you open Prezi Classic for Windows/Mac or whenever you click the Refresh button.
Making a new folder
To create a new folder, click '+New folder' on the left-hand side of the application.
Then you can give your new folder a title.
How To Download Prezi
You can rename your folder at any time by hovering your cursor over its title and clicking the pencil icon that appears.
Importing prezis
If you want to import a PEZ file, you can do so at anytime by clicking 'Import prezi' from the left sidebar.
After clicking, simply locate the PEZ file you want to import and click 'Open'.
If there's a version of the same prezi on Prezi.com, or if you have already imported the prezi into the application, you will see a popup like this one.
Click Import as new to import the prezi without changing the version stored online.
Click Open to import the prezi and overwrite the online version to match the version you are importing.
Prezi Classics stored on your computer
If you click 'All local prezis' under 'Only on my computer' from the left sidebar, you will see the prezis created on your computer that haven't yet been synced with Prezi.com.
You can import a prezi that you created on a previous version of Prezi Classic Desktop by clicking Import a prezi.
If you want to export a prezi in this section of your library, click the options button in the top-right corner of the thumbnail.
From here, you can choose from various options:
Sync with Prezi.com to upload this prezi to your online library.
Export to portable prezi to export your prezi as a portable prezi.
Export to prezi file (.pez) to export your prezi as a PEZ file.
Make a copy to make a copy of your prezi.
Or, Delete, to delete the prezi from your computer.
